1. Services Provided
Countrywide Relocation Packers and Movers offer relocation and moving services, which include packing, loading, unloading, transportation, and unpacking of goods. Specific services and pricing will be detailed in the individual Service Agreement between the Company and the Client.
2. Booking and Payment
All services must be booked in advance through our customer service team or website.
Payment must be made in full before or upon completion of the relocation services unless otherwise agreed upon.
A deposit may be required to confirm the booking.
3. Responsibilities of the Client
The Client must ensure that all items are appropriately packed or arranged for packing if this service is part of the booking.
The Client must provide clear access to the property on the moving day, including any necessary parking permits, keys, or special instructions for access. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that all valuable or fragile items are clearly marked and that the Company is aware of them.
4. Company's Responsibilities
The Company will take all necessary precautions to safely pack, transport, and unload the Client’s goods.
The Company will ensure that its employees are trained and follow safety protocols during relocation.
In the case of any damage or loss to the Client's goods caused by the Company’s negligence, the Company will compensate the Client based on the terms outlined in the Service Agreement.
5. Liability
The Company is not liable for any damage to items that were improperly packed or were already damaged prior to the move.
The Company will not be responsible for any delays caused by events outside its control, such as weather conditions, road closures, or natural disasters.
The Client agrees to indemnify the Company from any claims or damages arising from items that the Client failed to disclose, pack properly, or that were deemed unsafe for transportation.
6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled moving date to avoid cancellation fees. If the Client cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled move, a cancellation fee equal to [percentage]% of the total service fee will apply.
7. Insurance
The Company offers insurance for the transportation of goods, covering loss or damage. The Client is encouraged to opt for the insurance coverage, which will be outlined separately in the Service Agreement.
